Registered Client Service Associate
Onsite | Fast-Paced Wealth Management Firm
Are you a client service professional with the experience, drive, and licenses to thrive in a dynamic wealth management environment? Our client is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-level support to financial advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is a hands-on role in which you’ll manage client relationships, oversee account operations, and ensure seamless day-to-day support within a fast-paced firm.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and process account opening, transfers, distributions, and related paperwork.
Meet directly with clients to review forms, obtain signatures, and guide them through account processes.
Place trades (buy/sell) and handle documentation with accuracy and compliance.
Monitor accounts for withdrawals, distributions, insufficient funds, and outgoing transfers.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Redtail), documenting all actions and follow-ups.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries (ACH, deposits, withdrawals, cost basis, tax reporting, online access, etc.).
Collaborate closely with financial advisors on account activity and client needs.
Use industry and proprietary software to support advisor/client work.
Help contribute to an outstanding client experience.
Stay current with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Active FINRA licenses: Series 6 or 7 (will sponsor for the 66).
5+ years of client service or administrative experience in financial services or banking.
Strong working knowledge of brokerage operations, investment products, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and financial software.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client relationship skills.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
